What’s Included in a Session?

  • I start the sessions off with some sound healing. I believe that sound healing is a gentle yet potent modality that can support individuals on their healing journey and reconnect them with their innate capacity for self-healing and wholeness.

  • A chakra cleanse and recharge is a practice that involves clearing and balancing the energy centers in the body known as chakras. Chakras are spinning wheels of energy located along the spine, each corresponding to different aspects of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

  • Crystal grid layouts are a powerful technique used in crystal healing by arranging the crystals in specific geometric patterns and on the chakra points the crystals can harness and amplify the energy for a deeper healing.

  • I use multiple energy healing systems during our sessions all complimenting each other for your highest good. These energy systems are potent and very advanced energy systems that each one focusing on peeling back a deeper layer, clearing , balancing, activating and higher vibration.

  • By integrating and fusing different modalities during my sessions it will cleanse your Aura. I use a special technique of cleansing your Aura using a large selenite crystal.

  • I work everyday with the angels and always ask them for guidance. In my sessions I pass on any messages I receive and always call them in to assist with the healing.

  • At the end of our sessions I will ground you into mother nature transmuting any energy that needs to be cleared. To finish the experience off I will pull a couple of Oracle Cards for some messages from the universe.

Multidimensional Energy Systems I Integrate During Our Sessions

  • Reiki is a well-known energy healing system that utilizes universal life force to promote relaxation, stress reduction, anxiety, and pain, improve energy levels and enhance overall well-being.

  • Kundalini energy is often described as adormant, coiled serpent energy located at the base of the spine. Kundalini Reiki energy is a transformative and awakening force that can bring about profound healing, spiritual growth, and alignment with one’s higher self. Kundalini reiki can help individuals release old patterns, access higher states of consciousness, and align with their true purpose and potential.

  • The Ashati energy system focuses on channeling high-frequency energy to promote healing and expansion on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

  • Alsemia is a very advanced system apart of the Ashati system that focuses energetic ascension within Ashati it can clear and balance the chakras, the energy centers in the body. This unique form of advanced energy healing creates a much deeper trance-like meditative and relaxation state (naturally induced by the energy work) and will facilitate healing as well as a reconnection, exploration and healing of the subconscious mind (layer by layer), all the way to the soul level (past-lives) and beyond. This can be facilitated one-on-one Subconscious Exploration sessions as well as small and large group Subconscious Explorations with Alsemia 13.

  • I had a healing with Gabrielle on 3rd August 24. At first I wasn’t expecting too much but I know Gabby personally and knew at the very least it would be a very loving experience. When I entered the well prepared healing room Gabby explained in detail what would be occurring so I knew what to expect. I had a personal issue that was tying me up in knots emotionally and requested this be addressed. I did this without stating many details as I wanted to see and feel how intuitive the healing would be. As I lay on the healing bed covered in blankets to keep warm, my eyes were closed so I could sense every motion. Gabby placed crystals on different parts of my body and then used singing bowls. The heavenly sounds that made me feel energetically I was visiting different realms. It took me by surprise. She also mentioned blockage in my throat chakra which was unexpected. Gabby had provided sheets and discussed after self care so I was equipped once I left. I noted for a few days after that my ‘aura’ felt clear. Like all the debris and stuck energy had been washed away. Honestly it was fantastic and I am very impressed with her professionalism and heartfelt dedication. She was born to do this stuff.
